PLEASE NOTE DEFAULT SHIPPING IS TO THE NEAREST MOVE OR MAIN FREIGHT DEPOT TO THE ADDRESS.

- Location: Our warehouse is located at 6/340 Flaxton Road, Southbrook , Rangiora, Christchurch 
- Installation and Sale Hours: Monday - Friday
- Duration: Installation takes between 20 and 40 minutes.
- Notice: For better service, please contact us via email  noktua@outlook.co.nz or phone before coming to our warehouse to ensure we are available.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We partner with LTL  logistics for shipping our rooftop tents.

Depot Collection:
- You can choose to collect your order from Major depots across New Zealand. After entering your address at checkout, you can select from the available depots in your area.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Christchurch: 1 to 3 business days (from $49).
- South Island: 2 to 4 business days (from $65).
- North Island: 3 to 7 business days (from $130).

Important Note: Remember, it is a large package, so you will need a trailer or roof rack.

Home Delivery:

- If you prefer direct delivery to your door, please email us with your address for an accurate quote and delivery estimate. please note  there will be extra charges for home delivery. 

Delivery Recommendation:

- If you need the rooftop tent urgently, the fastest option is to pick it up from our LTL Logistics warehouse in Christchurch
