Refund Policy
Conditions for Returns:
1. Products must be returned in the same condition they were delivered, maintaining the original packaging.
2. All returned items must include all original accessories and documentation.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service at noktua@outlook.co.nz to initiate a return.
2. Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
3. Once the return is authorised, ship the product back to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
4. Ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Policy:
1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

WARRANTY POLICY
Duration of the Warranty:
This warranty is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and materials in all rooftop tents sold by our company.
What the warranty covers:
Structural defects of the rooftop tent.
Issues with seams and zippers.
Damage to the outer shell (for models with a hard shell).
Failures in the opening and closing mechanisms.
What the warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by improper or abusive use.
2. Normal wear and tear.
3. Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
Claim Procedure:
1. Contact our customer service at [email/phone/address].
2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.
3. Send photos or videos of the defect if necessary.
4. If the claim is valid, we will provide instructions for the repair or replacement of the product.
5. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the tent to our warehouse if necessary.
Geographical Coverage:
This warranty is valid throughout New Zealand, including both the North Island and the South Island.
Limitations of Liability:
This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other express or implied warranty. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
